PU foam cored Insulated Pipe Sections are manufactured with the help of a dedicated High Pressure equipment using state of art moulds and fixtures to consistently yield:

- For thickness above 100mm we offer pipe sections in double or triple layers as per customer's requirement.
For Pipe Size over 24" we recommend PUF SHEETS or CNC CUT PIPE SECTIONS FROM PUF BLOCKS for Pipe Line insulation.
We manufacture bends of 90 degrees which helps in saving labor on site while installation.

PUF / PIR PIPE SECTION (BLOCK CUT)
PUF / PIR foam pipe section is made from our PUF / PIR block, fabricated with wire cutting machine to different sizes of pipe in various segments and required insulation thickness, mainly used for thermal insulating purposes.
OPIPL CFC free rigid closed cell PUF / PIR foam is manufactured in similar way to standard Polyurethane which has all the characteristics and advantages of rigid Polyurethane foam but offers greatly increased resistance to burning and spread of flame and is able to withstand temperatures up to 140 DEG C (PIR) / 80 DEG C (PUR). When subjected to fire the outer surface of the foam forms a strong carbonaceous layer, which retards further flame spread and penetration.
OPIPL CFC free rigid closed cell PIR foam has a low Thermal Conductivity of less than 0.023 W/m oC at 10 oC, gives excellent thermal properties and fire properties when tested in accordance with ASTM E84. With 95% closed cell content, low thermal conductivity values, high compressive strength, durability and dimensional stability. we can achieve optimal energy savings and provide long end satisfactory service life.

PUF / PIR PIPE SUPPORT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Polyurethane foam is one of the major components of pre-insulated pipe supports manufactured at OPIPL. Polyurethane is different from most plastic materials in that it can be tailored to meet various load requirements of varying applications. Old techniques of wooden pipe support for the erection of plant & pipe lines are now replaced by Puf / Pir Pipe Support. OPIPL offers a wide range of Puf / Pir Supports. Normally the density range of Puf / Pir Support is 100 kg/m3 to 350 kg/m3. But OPIPL also offers the density from 100 kg/m3 to 500 kg/m3
OPIPL offers the PUF / PIR Saddles as per requirement of clients in terms of design.
Insulated pipe supports are designed to prevent direct heat transfer between pipes and their supports. Thus, they reduce heat loss due to conduction at each support. They serve the following purposes:
- Carry the load and allow necessary movement at each suppose point.
- Provide insulation in the support area where the regular pipe insulation cannot be installed.
- Minimize the cost of field installation by reducing installation time.
