Service Scope & License: SkyTech Group provides custom development, testing, and infrastructure services. We grant clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the deliverables we create as part of the project, subject to the agreement terms.
Prohibited Uses

Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes.
Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer deliverables without prior agreement.
Attempt to breach our systems or the data security of others.
Disrupt or overload our communication channels or hosting environments.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with other entities.
Fees and Payment
Quotes & Invoicing: All pricing is provided in USD, and official proposals or invoices will outline the scope and timeline. Full or partial upfront payment may be required depending on the project type.
Subscription or Retainer: For ongoing support (QA or DevOps), we may offer monthly retainers. These are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
SkyTech Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:
You breach these Terms
Payment is not received within the agreed terms
You misuse our intellectual property or infrastructure
Upon termination, you must cease use of deliverables if not fully paid for, and any access credentials or shared environments may be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyTech Group is not liable for:
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Downtime, delays, or third-party service failures
Unauthorized access or malicious activity beyond our control
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
You agree that our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service in question.
Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Significant updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
